just recently I brought my vehicle in for an oil change without an appointment as I had forgotten. they were still able to get me in and out quickly. 10 out 10 would highly recommend this dealership

Satisfied with the work completed. Unsatisfied with inability to pay with credit card because your system was down and had to remain there an extra half hour until some type of workaround was developed. Service advisor talked to others in management and leadership roles to no avail. Dealership should have a work around process for situations like this.

I recently had my car serviced at Ryan Honda of Minot, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Christina checked me in on the first day, she was awesome, friendly, and made the whole process easy.
My car (a 2014 Kia) had some serious brake line issues that were about to go out, so I knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap fix. I approved the repairs through their app and appreciated how convenient that was. They had to order parts from a Kia dealership, so I knew it might take a few days. In the meantime, they gave me a 2025 Honda Civic rental, which honestly felt amazing to drive compared to my older Kia!
A few days later, Christina kept me updated and let me know the parts were delayed in Bismarck (which was funny because I had a personal package stuck there too). After about a week and a half, the parts finally arrived, only to find out the wrong ones had been sent. Christina immediately took care of it, priority-ordered the correct parts, and kept me informed every step of the way.
Once everything was fixed, I turned in the rental (sadly, that new Civic was nice), paid my bill, and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have to pay for the rental, and they even gave me $150 off my repair bill. That meant a lot, especially with the government shutdown going on and trying to save money.
Overall, the Ryan Honda team went above and beyond, they were honest, communicative, and genuinely helpful. I’m really grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing car work done in Minot. They get the job done, and they do it right.
