Cindy and her team are the sweetest people and are very helpful. Antony, Nixie, and Salym along with Cindy go above and beyond to help and educate on color and hair care every day.

Cindy and Antonie (Antaknee) pointed me in the right direction! Ask for Miceller water and they both knew to get clarifying shampoo for me. As I am and Ion products should work best for curly types (pig tails, or extremely textured hairs especially if you half and half.) Going to try the filter shower head due to the water here in Minot. Defintely coming back!

Exactly what you would expect for this type of establishment. Employees were very nice and helpful. I wasn't sure what brand I wanted going in, but the employees seemed to know their stuff and helped my find the perfect dye.

I went in the store with accidental blue hair and the associate (didn’t catch her name ) helped me find the right dyes to get this charcoal/ grey color. She was the best!

There is a New Manager who is very kind and seems to Sincerely care about her Store. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because some of the workers hover around you to much.

They're overpriced to not have a broad selection or the same thing as last time. They're always out of stock and they have the nerve to overcharge.

I called to make sure they had a product, before driving across town for it. The lady confirmed they had it, i even described the packaging and she said yes. But when i got there, turns out it was their generic brand of the product.

I always enjoy going to Sally's...I've been to many around the country...today, just when I was wondering if the worker was going to assist me or not... here she was. The friendly and helpful Samantha They didn't have the conditioner I wanted but we found some comparable products for my delicate situation... Samantha spent a lot oftime helping me.We read many product labels... I really appreciate that.
