“I loved that I was able to get everything setup through my mobile phone as I was en route to the units. I was even more stoked that not only was this the cheapest storage option in town, with immediate availability for my emergent situation, it was also indoor, temp controlled, with entry permitted by code I chose during registration. To top it off, while I was sitting in the parking lot finishing my lease, a representative called just to make sure everything was ok and asked if I had any questions or needed anything! The whole experience is the definition of “convenience.””
“Good place and decent prices for their units. Even though they have a guy who lives on site and manages the place, they dont have a front office that is constantly manned. It's a secure place on the north hill. Hard to find units like this anywhere else.”

“Highly recommend. Of the three moves I’ve had, they’re the only company that fully wrapped, packaged and secured ALL of my items. No matter the size everything was protected by padded wrapping material or packed into boxes by their crew. They were on time, friendly and incredibly respectful of our household goods. Not a single piece was tossed or thrown into a box and everything was treated with respect.
They handled a short notice situation on our military move with professionalism and grace and worked out a clerical issue that had my husbands and my shipments on the same day with two separate companies. Worked quick and efficiently and were almost entirely out of our residence by the time the second company showed up.”

“I had a bungie cord go thru my tire by accident and I put in a request for roadside assistance!! Let me tell u what R and J towing was on it they are ONE OF MINOTS FINEST AND I LOVE THEM!! They deserve to be recognized and appreciated!! MY visit with the tow man was amazing he even let us help him he was very kind and extremely helpful he called before he arrived which was really fast about a 20 minute wait!! THANK YOU SO MUCH R AND J I LOVE U GUYS YOU ARE LIKE FAMILY!!!”

“Hitch installation on Honda Pilot. Case and Nicole were textbook professional. Scheduling was easy and service was fast. Drove the 108 miles from Bismarck to get this done. If you live between Minot and Bismarck and need a hitch install select the Minot North location. As of July 2024, I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!!!!!!”
