As someone who travels A LOT (and therefore uses a lot of gas station restrooms) the women’s bathroom here is one of the nicest gas station bathrooms I’ve ever used! It was clean, everything worked (which is saying something because soap, faucet and paper towels are sensor activated) and smelled as good as a bathroom can smell. One of the gals that is working the register is very nice and greets everyone who walks in the door.If I had a (small) complaint it would be that the gas pumps don’t take the shell s-pay app. Of course, that is on the company and not the nice folks who work there.It was a pleasure!

Went there this morning to get a couple of things and the one cashier was very rude. It was not Nicole it was the other cashier that was working. She does not have good customer service skills at all.

Love the staff at North Hill Shell! They are always so nice! Great place to get fuel and snacks on your way out of Minot. The new wash also does a hell of a job. Thanks!!

If you can't afford to have 75-100 pending in your account for 3-5 business days everytime, don't get gas here. Consistently regular issues and when you call they just interrupt you with "it's the credit card company there's nothing I can do about it" update: $75 from a transaction (that was $0 cause the card reader froze)is pending still w/o entering my pin. I should get my funds back that i never spent on March 20th. The "transaction" was March 13th.

If I could rate this zero stars I would, not only are most of their pumps broken, most of the working pumps without the signs stating ‘out of service' are broken as well, without letting you know. If thats not bad enough they have an old bat behind the counter that has the worst customer service I've ever received. I wouldn't even call it customer service, When I told her about the broken pumps and how she should put a simple note stating that the pump is out of order so that the customer doesn't have to stand out of his or her car and freeze for minutes on end wondering if the pump is going to work, she told me that most people pay inside anyways, acting like their sign offering the prepay option wasn't indeed an OPTION. I highly recommend going elsewhere to fill up for gas.
