Went twice. The first time the reps showed us some beds. Went the second time to buy one and the price kept changing throughout the process (supposedly a computer issue even after being given a total the price jumped $500 when we handed them our card) and the bed we were shown was suddenly not available in the size we wanted. The reps were rude as we left without buying anything.

A great store and really nice staff! Their 360 smart beds are really neat and have some awesome technology capabilities. The fact that you can adjust the comfort level of your bed is really exciting and helps me get that perfect comfort level! Check them out and would recommend for people who have any trouble sleeping!

What a nightmare always somebody else's fault to not resolve problems and today I was told about customer service for a warranty issue and was on the phone almost an hour getting four different wrong people and then an answering machine so I never got to talk to the warranty department again ! Was told and at the store level there was a typo error in the dollar amount of the warming layer and I was supposed to get it for a different price because it was wrong you don't put a catalog out with the wrong numbers on it and then not honor the price immediately for customer! Will never suggest this type of bed to ANYONE! When purchased bed in less than 2 weeks of new bed we wanted to upgrade to king but was told can't as the platform not returnable! Just mattress! Was not told at time of sale! Ugh! Buy elseware!!!!!
