I spent most of Sunday at the Store. Linda and her 2 Coworkers went above and beyond to help us. They even stayed thru their shift to help port my number over. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their Customers service goes far above and beyond!!! Thank you all for your help.

I swapped over from AT&T and I have to say that the service is the most amazing I've ever had! I'm on their Magenta Max plan and I'm totally Blown Away by the coverage, how I'm prioritized as a customer and made to feel like my issues are important if I have any, not just a another number with a phone. In store they were very very helpful, they got me a very nice phone, with no money down except for activation fees and made a lifelong customer out of me. I would highly recommend T-Mobile to anybody who is looking for better coverage, better hotspot and way better customer service!

Abhorrent. Went in for a PRICE QUOTE ONLY, and was very clear about that, and ended up with a T-Mobile account completely without our authorization. We noticed it when we were billed $140, which was strange when we were not utilizing their services whatsoever.It was clearly a mistake so I thought this would be pretty simple to fix. Nope. Tried calling but was told I had to cancel service in person, so it took 2 trips back to the store to supposedly end this. Weeks later (yesterday) we get another bill, this time only $6.67, but it was just another 19 minute phone call to cancel it again, hopefully. It will definitely be forever.

Brandon is amazing! Both times I came to this location were to cancel plans and he was knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. The customer service is why we stayed with T-Mobile for so long but unfortunately we don’t get good service in our area.

T-Mobile was the worst experience with a phone service I've ever had. It ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and my service was shut down before I even got my first bill. I was never really given a reason for the disconnection, and no one at my local T-Mobile or the online customer service would help. I couldn't even log into the website.

Last year 2020 I gave this service around Minot a 1 star. But this year they really improved the service around this area so I’m going to bump it up to 4 stars.

After switching from Android to iPhone the operating systems weren’t effectively communicating to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, the ENTIRE team was helpful, providing input, chit chatting, and making me feel 100% welcome—even though we were there after close. I did end up going back in to complete the data transfer and it went much more efficiently the second time around. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome!
