Came in a few days ago and was helped by a short red haired lady. On her name tag was Store Manager so I assume she's the main manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and had little to no customer service. It seemed as if my being there was a problem and the entire time I was being helped, she complained about her staff. She also took close to 10 minutes to come out of what I assumed to be her office to assist me. I've also heard from others that she's like this consistently. How is she the store manager with this behavior?
Was about done with coming in but decided to give it one more chance and came in yesterday. Was helped by a gentleman yesterday whose name tag said his name was Tom and the assistant manager. It was a polar opposite experience. He might be the most helpful person I've ever had to deal with at any gas station. Very customer friendly and it seemed as though he was happy that all of us customers came in. No complaining about employees, nothing like that and was speedy on assisting me. He arguably saved my business coming in for gas, though it'd be nice if the very common now "new system issues" would get resolved already.
If I come in now and see it's this store manager working I'll turn around and go elsewhere. The assistant manager deserves a raise or something for the hard work he's doing, who knows how much other business he's saved from walking!

Straight up lied. I called and asked when the wash would be closed. They stated they were closing early but no earlier than 3:30. I showed up at 2pm and they were closed.

Always a good carwash. Hand dry. Courteous. Doors opened and wiped around inside of them. Feels clean when complete !!

Problem with rollers in the tracks, guy used large mallet to"fix" it and hi my truck with the mallet. Confronted him, he denied it, of course, will never go back again

Spent 97.00 person at register cashier was distracted and forgot to scan my rewards card when I asked to scan it I was told it was to late. Will just get rid of rewards will not do business there again.

Needed a car wash on our road trip to get off the dirt and bug grime. Fortunately, found Toad's in my car wash search. Very clean and modern. Thorough wash and free vacuums. Very pleased.

They used to be a lot better. Vehicles come out wet and for some reason the think the air line is for drying the outside of the mirror. It's for getting the water out from behind.

I used to work here as a supervisor, well I was in town and decided to get a car wash, got the works plus to make sure it got completely clean and was the only car in line, they took my ticket and rolled me right away, didn't spray me with bug juice or anything even though I had bugs allllll over the front, I got out at the end and my car was still soaked and had bugs everywhere, when you pay 18$ for a car wash you expect to come out CLEAN, this place has gone way way down hill and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, I'd now rather go to simonson than toads any day with how they treat their jobs

Worst $18 car wash I've ever had! Truck is still dirty and they did a really bad job drying. They just run a rag over a small portion of your vehicle, smearing the dirt that wasn't washed off. Better off paying $7 at a gas station automated car wash?
