Charged card without authorization
Said I was there after 7pm with police escorting me out when I paid for the unit to access after 7pm
Said I roamed for the water fountain down a wrong hallway.

Awful. Had a time sensitive move so booked a reservation 3 weeks out. Got a call 2 days before the move saying they don't have the equipment and wanted me to drive over 100 miles one way to go get it. I called the other location and they didn't even have the equipment at their location!
Customer service was no help, they offered $100 off my bill, a extra day of travel, and 200 "free miles." -- anotherwards lose more than $100 in fuel having to drive the 200 miles round trip just to pick it up, lose a day of travel/packing to go get it, and the 200 "free miles" goes towards picking it up in the first place. Not to mention having to pay for a motel for the delay... so basically zero compensation.
Had to change my reservation to Penske which cost me $500 more for being last minute, but at least *they* had the equipment that was reserved. I grew up with the family using U-Haul, very disappointing to see what it has become.

It was unpleasant with the alarms going off and after each load/unload trip we have to sign in again. Time wasting!
I will never store at uhaul again!

Adrianna was so helpful. She answered all my questions on the phone and then was able to help me even more when I showed up. She was kind and walked me through the entire process. It made moving less stressful.

You guys were amazing. Keep it doing what you doing. You guys were super chill. Love the support of staff. Everyone was awesome. Even though I had to extend, and I couldn't return it on time but then extend it again. They all were amazing. Best Uhaul location in North dakota.

The customer service personnel were fantastic, very friendly, very helpful. The only way they could’ve been better is if they would’ve loaded and loaded the truck for me.

Booked a trailer and paid for it upon pick up, was then sent an invoice a few days later stating I owed them an additional amount beyond what I had already paid. I called and spoke to an associate who informed me the additional charge was because the trailer had not been checked back in upon return, to which I informed her my boyfriend and I both tried to submit the return form when we dropped the trailer off and it wouldn’t go thru. At this point the lady got really short with me and said she would refund the return fee and hung up on me. While I had a pleasant interaction at pick up, I definitely did not have a very good interaction with the staff about additional charges that should never have occurred.

I typically don't leave positive reviews out of being forgetful, but man U-Haul really impressed me. Rented a truck yesterday to return yesterday, but I got called into work and everything got pushed back and these guys worked with us every step of the way. I'd like to specifically shout out Adriana and Justin who are crushing it. Thanks you guys so much for the help and if I need to move again anytime soon, this is where I'll be going. Again, thank you guys so much for working with me!

No music for the employees or people to dance to whilst in the process of obtaining an exciting new place. Need a dj? Only complaint otherwise always have the right product and or service at the lowest cost

Save yourself the nightmare that is the personnel of this location: Mariah is unprofessional and a total “see you next tuesday.” i couldn’t make my one-way trip bc of a death in family and needed to bring trailer back to origin of pick up. she was personally offended, her exact words were, “LET ME STOP YOU RIGHT THERE, I DONT NEED A BACK STORY.” she gave every excuse, told me i’d be charged mileage (on an unlimited mileage enclosed trailer) plus extra fee’s. enjoy your lucrative career plus retirement being a snatch, Mariah.

Regular employee couldn't find my reservation right away, then started a new one & wanted to charge me a whole extra day cuz he was counting to the of pickup. Finally manager came out after I was in tears. She was a bick cold towards me, but lightened up after finding my reservation had been moved to the North Hill location by the dispatch center. The North Hill location was sooo nice, helpful & even talked me into a smaller truck in order to save half the gas. I would not have been able to do everything in 1 truck load with the 26' anyway so getting the 20' save an incredible amount of gas.
Returning it was a breeze. I never had to go inside. The manager did it all on his phone thing. I ended up saving almost $100 from the initial estimate amount taken out of my account on pick up day. I was delighted. Praise to all the employees that helped me & listened to my stressful story of moving & how I've moved 16 times now. Ugh! I would rent from THIS location again. 10 million ❤️👍😀😁's.

I have been to many different UHaul's, over several states. This UHaul is by far the worst I've ever been to. Completely disorganized employees and extremely unprofessional. I had to get trailer lights installed on my vehicle (a service they provide) before I was able to take one of their trailers. I went in a few days prior to avoid any potential hiccups. However, when I showed up to the install, they were arguing with me about ever having a install scheduled. Once they finally confirmed on their system that I was in fact scheduled, they realized they had none of the equipment to do it. So they had to rig something up just to get it to work. then proceeded to charge me more then the original quoted price, twice. You read that right. They charged me twice by mistake. I then had to go through the manager, Tonya Holbrook, which was no easy task in itself. No apology, no accountability. This UHaul was a total joke, an you should avoid it at all costs.

Customers apparently aren't allowed to use the trash. A sign that says "not for customer use" would be nice. Or a sign that says "dig your garbage out of our trash can or we're charging you $25". Yes people, that happened lol. On a side note, the bathroom was not as scary as you would think!
