This location has always been well staffed for the last 2 years we have been here. The employees have always been helpful and provided prompt service. Much better than other UPS stores we have been at. Keep up the great work!
As a note, during our last visit which was near 4pm, I saw a line to the door and was worried on time. But they staffed well and had 3 registers open, with one person running boxes. It was less than 5 minutes and we were done.

Your drivers can't read or something? Posted a note with my phone number so they could call or text so I could come down to the street door to get the package. Instead they just put a notice next to it so now I have to go out of my way to pick it up. Dumb.

Callie did a GREAT job tending to customers needs. While i was in at 615pm she needed to know if anyone had printed off another customers docs. She had to call out to her other 2 coworkers several times due them in the back and chatting loudly about non work related things. When they did respond they told her to worry about her customer very rudely, among other things. Im giving 5 stars to her alone. The other kids need to learn to value their job and the hardworkers around them

Everyone should be aware of an in-store policy of charging $20.00/ package for will call, at The UPS Store on Broadway in Minot ND.
I'm traveling, and needed some things shipped to me. Minot, ND was on my route, and made for a convenient location to will call some needed items.
I arranged with ample time to have the the items shipped UPS ground service. Total cost of shipment for the 5 items was $125. The UPS Store in Minot ND, charged me a $20/ package Service Charge. Effectively doubling the cost.
I feel I was the victim of extortion.

People are friendly and I most the time, there is no waiting. Anytime I need to ship, or if a return this is a place that does it for you with a smile and speedy service.

UPS will try to make you sign for an important package with a gaping hole in it. If a package is damaged notify the customer in advance so we can send it back before you waste our time
