“Best vet in town. I've been with them both times we have been stationed in Minot. However, coming in as a new patient will be difficult as there is a limited number of vets in town. If you can not get in with them, I recommend Souris Valley in Bismarck as a regular vet. Pinkerton, at this time, only takes their patients for emergencies as well. Many people like Surrey, Towner and few other closer smaller towns for regular and emergency care.”

“Our dog recently got very sick. She was both pooping and vomiting blood. I've never seen a dog get so sick, so fast. West Oaks worked her in and treated her asap. She is doing very well now and pretty much back to normal.

Both of the veterinarians here are absolutely awesome. I've been taking my pets here for nearly as long as they've been in business. They have been so compassionate during difficult times such as losing a pet.”

“We purchased an older puppy who had been kenneled most of its life. Puppies will be puppies and eat just about anything and eat something he did because Charlie coughed and swallowed funny and didn't seem able to clear his throat. My wife called Dr. Schoenberg around midnight with concerns and after trying a couple of things with the dog, it was agreed since he didn't appear to be having difficulty eating or drinking, to bring the puppy in the next morning. Charlie appeared to be doing much better in the morning, but my wife took him in to the clinic. Dr. Schoenberg was very kind and very good with Charlie. Although we were probably being over protective "parents" my wife's experience both on the phone and in the clinic were excellent as Dr. Schoenberg was understanding and kind to both Charlie and my wife.”
