Kim the service advisor scheduled me for a Wednesday to get my truck in to be looked at for squealing noise(thought it was the turbo) and recall on cameras. So I dropped truck off Tuesday night, and she didn’t get me in until the following Tuesday. It ended up being the secondary alternator, and they would only replace 1 of the cameras. She said that the other cameras recall had expired. Not too sure how a recall expires, if it’s recalled it should be fixed.I wouldn’t recommend bringing your truck here unless it’s for warranty work and you can be without your truck for extended period of time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I really hate to do bad reviews, but the poor workmanship from this shop has caused me mountains of issues. I bought my '17 F350 new and once I got to know it, heard a groaning noise at highway speeds. It wasn't horrible, but I figured I'd spent enough on it that I shouldn't have to deal with that. A can of worms I wish I would have let be. We lived in IL at the time and a local shop there worked to find the issue to no avail. Tried all sorts of things while my truck was in the shop for a total of around 2 months. When we moved to ND, I was excited to see there was a repair shop that specialized in Superduty's. So I made my appointment and brought the truck in. They proceeded to try different things with no improvement of the noise. However, each time I got my truck back, there were more issues. Electrical issues after they unnecessarily pulled the cab off. Coolant low issues, broken clips and tabs everywhere. I continued to hope they would get them all straight and over the course of the two years we were there, my truck probably spent an additional 6months+ in that shop. Most of that time was correcting issues they created. The service advisor and manager were friendly enough and tried to work things out, but I have no faith in the mechanics whose hands were actually on my truck. We have since moved away again, and something in the rear differential has failed, which the boys at Westlie have done some work inside. Given my past experience, I feel something wasn't setup correctly, or torqued correctly, which cause the rear end to fail within @1,000 miles of the last time I had my truck at Westlie's. I am awaiting details now, but have been told that everything inside the diff is being replaced and I found metal shavings on the fill plug. I still get strange and intermittent electrical issues. Extremely frustrating to have bought my dream truck, only to have it end up as a lemon. I'm afraid at what it may cost me in terms of value when it comes time to sell it. It's got a repair list a mile long now. Even Ford Corporate seems uninterested in helping.Service: Auto maintenance

This Company is great to work with, I'm from roughly 9hrs away and bought a vehicle from them. The people I dealt with were all down to earth and knowledgeable. It was very refreshing to deal with professionals in the industry and buy from them. I will be looking them up again. There facility was also extremely clean and very well laid out.
