If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered new Serta mattress from Sam's Club.com and XPO is the shipper that the Serta warehouse uses to ship Sam's Club orders. We waited a month to be placed on the schedule for delivery and never received it due to XPO's truck constantly being full and unable to deliver on the date of the scheduled delivery. XPO canceled my delivery twice and never delivered the mattress set. The customer service representatives all sound foreign and outsourced. No one could ever reach the local hub to determine if the drivers were out for delivery or if the hub manager could solve my issue. Will be filing a Better business bureau case against this shipper. Sam's Club.com buyer Beware!

I ordered the mattress back in October and have had troubles with their delivery company XPO last mile. The mattress was suppose to have initially been delivered in early December. They never arrived and never contacted me that they weren't coming. After approximately 16 emails, I got it rescheduled to February 15th. This time, they texted me that it was delivered which was not true. Nobody at XPO can tell me what is going on nor will they contact me to let me know what's going on. The only response I get from their phone staff is that someone from the warehouse will contact me. They never do. Their resolution team is equally as worthless and their managers will hang up on you if you get transferred.No idea how the mattress is, as I couldn't get the mattress delivered despite over 18 calls to the delivery company. Westin/Simmons needs a new way to deliver their product.
