I bought a truck from Mitch , over priced for what it was . told me never been in accident. Which i found out later that it was the hole back end of truck got hit .. I knew rite away when I looked at that it was. I kept asking Mitch he said it never was in a accident. So be careful is what I have to say.. Adding to this he doesn't get vehicles totally checked out . Or couldn't even see the truck I got from him was a wrecked truck. I totally think he did though. Because he put addons to it too cover a lot of flaws and so u couldn't see that its been damaged. People be careful.

My girlfriend and I got locked out of our car over the weekend in the pooring rain without our phones or wallets. A lovely lady at a gas station made a few calls for us, and I believe it was the owner of this business who came to our rescue. He helped us out free of charge and brightened our day with small town charm!

Purchased a used 2017 Yukon XL Denali from Mitch Heisler in June 2021 for a lot of money, and within 10 days I brought it to my GMC dealer for $2600 of maintenance that Mitch Heisler should have completed. New sparkplugs, leaking oil pan, non-functioning front and rear bumper sensors (huge safety issue). Then had to bring it in to get the windshield replaced because Mitch Heisler was cheap and replaced the windshield with a generic one. My local GMC dealer had to replace the windshield and camera, and said the wheels needed alignment. That cost $2700! These are things a customer who purchases a car from a dealer expects to be done correctly. Beware if you purchase a vehicle from Mitch Heisler, because I had a terrible experience within 10 days of bringing it home. Lots of money spent after the sale to get vehicle in good shape!!!

I purchased a 2017 Yukon XL Denali from Mitch Heisler in June 2021, and within 10 days of driving it, brought it in to my local GMC dealership to get things fixed. New sparkplugs, fixed a leaking oil pan and fixed both the front and rear sensors on the bumpers (huge safety issue that should have been fixed before being sold). These are all things Mitch Heisler should have fixed before selling. Then my local GMC dealership told me Mitch Heisler installed a generic windshield, instead of a GMC windshield. The camera pointing forward that senses traffic and danger in front needed to be replaced; Mitch Heisler didn't fix this safety issue before selling. And the tires needed alignment. This was another $2700 spent in the first 15 days of owning a car bought from a dealer. Things he should have fixed before selling. Very, very disappointed in this dealer and mechanic. We purchase from dealers because we trust that they sell quality used vehicles. Not in my experience with this purchase. Beware of purchasing a vehicle from Mitch Heisler.

Amazing car buying experience!I recently bought a Chevy Silverado from Mitch at Heisler Auto and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I live about an hour away from Mohall and found the car online so I called Mitch to ask some questions. Mitch answered all my questions and then some. He explained everything about the truck and even told me about small things that I never would've thought to ask. Mitch had no hidden fees associated with buying the truck which is rare to find at most car dealerships.In person Mitch was a genuinely nice guy and a joy to buy a car from. If anyone tells me they're looking to buy a vehicle the first place I'll recommend is Heisler Auto. Thank you Mitch!

Bought a truck during the Covid Crisis online and through the phone with Heilser Dealership. The process was very quick and fair. He was able to get me contact with someone who could transport the vehicle to me since I live in Nebraska. Even after the sale he continued to help me with some trouble I had with the title. Thanks so much!

By far the worst dealership I've dealt with. Sold me a lemon that started on Fire 2 weeks after purchasing it along with multiple other issues that could have caused a severe accident, I was lied to and taken advantage of. Not an honest dealership!!
