My family from Utah and rented one of the cabins in Napoleon and they said they had to spend at least a half hour cleaning it before they could move their items in. They said the coffee pot was so dirty they didn't even use it. They said it was nice and quite.

The cabins are quaint and clean. A stay in Napoleon at the Broken Bell is good. It is located by a busy hwy but not terribly noisy.

Stayed here twice now. Very friendly and accommodative. Rooms are great with cabin-like atmosphere and reasonable rate.

My husband and I just needed a couple alone days, a little retreat away from our three children. We looked close to home and ALL the hotel/motels near us were booked solid for the couple days we could spend together. So I had to do a search of the surrounding areas, don't know if you have ever been to ND but surround towns are a bunch of miles in between each other. Anyhow, The Broken Bell came up in my search, 1st they were the only one with a website, I like visuals of where I am going to stay. It is a simple website, but had pictures of each cabin. You are told what number cabin you will be in and so you can look it up and see where you will be sleeping. That is awesome for us anyhow. 2nd the price was amazing. 3rd This place is so comfortable and clean! 4th the man that runs it is Randy I believe, very nice gentleman. I would go out of my way again to stay here! If you want small town comfort and peacefulness check it out!
