The tech was efficient and friendly and explained everything so we understood it. Great customer service offered over the phone as well. I will definitely recommend them.

Top notch internet & service3 months now and not a single problemNotified early of maintenance if it's taken place100x faster speeds then my previous WISP, at an 80% increase of cost, while being EXTREMELY stable and constantly up.Rural area with fiber internet? How could you not be satisfiedCustomer service? Friendly & helpful as always, quick to get to the root of your problem if there's one.Live in a rural area and want to be able to watch 4K TV, have your siblings/family game without any problems, stream, whatever they please, then this service provider is probably your go to bet.

We lose internet service MANY times a day for no apparent reason. We’ve called customer service over and over but nothing ever gets fixed. One Polar rep even hung up on me! I HATE Polar.

Great small company... great service and price... the best service and quality in this area hands down... If it seems expensive, just try Verizon or some of the other options... worth every penny.

Was a customer for years after they bought Midco out bill doubled but at least had fiber. I moved away have not been a customer for two years. My house up north is now sitting empty I wanted to put some cameras up. I called for a hook up had router plugged in thinking could be done as the ten seconds they disconnected it when I moved.

Not impressed with the initial service. Issues with initial setup due to the requirement of needing a landline, only to find out that 30 days from that time we will no longer be required to have it as well as the issue of being charged for the landline that we will not need or be using. Representatives telling myself one thing and my husband a different thing.

If some people don't realize there is Invisimax, Satellite, and phone hotspot data if some people are wondering about options.

Prices are outrageous. They force you to have a home phone that is only limited to local calling. If the T-Mobile/Sprint merger goes through, which is looking very likely it will, they're going after rural internet providers, like Polar. And will offer way more, for way less. Polar is going to lose a lot of customers when that day comes, unless they adjust their prices and make them more reasonable. Yes the internet for the most part is reliable, but you can get that same reliability with other cities and states for half of what polar charges....and they don't require you to have a landline! But go ahead polar and keep taking advantage of monopolizing the market. Ain't gonna last much longer.

It is absolutely ridiculous how much these people charge compared to United Communications, Midco, hell even Comcast. It is modern day highway robbery. Not to mention they force you to have a home phone that’s only limited to local calling. Welcome to 1980, polar!
