Nobody was at the front desk, just a sign instructing us to call someone. We walked around a bit and then left.

Exactly what you would expect in a tiny town. Quaint and clean. Ate dinner at the bar. The steak and shrimp was really good! Owner and staff are super nice. If you want something different and off the beaten path, this is it. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were great!

Eclectic but cool hotel. The front exhibits are great but the building behind could use some love on the visuals

The castle is a cool look which needs a bit of updating. Overall, they kept the place clean but it did not feel home like. Tourist are drawn into the end of the drive with only one place to eat or sleep.
They converted an old school house into hotel and thats about how cool it was. Felt like a museum.

Made a reservation for a room with a hot tub over one month prior to arrival date. Confirmed reservation the night before check-in by phone. Upon arrival after a lengthy drive, the front desk attendant informed us our room had been given to someone else. They had no record in the computer of our reservation. The attendant said her records at home sometimes are different than their computer. WTH.. They wanted to charge the same amount for a regular room which we of course declined. Very disappointed with the establishments reservation service. So BEWARE.. even if you have a reservation and confirm it the night before you arrive, you still might not have a reservation or a room when you arrive!!!

I didn’t spend the night at the Enchanted Castle Hotel, but I did drive through and go inside, and it was a really cool experience. The medieval-themed interior is unique and fun to see, definitely giving off a different vibe from your typical roadside stop. Plus, they have plenty of clean restrooms if you need a quick break. If you're traveling the Enchanted Highway, it’s definitely worth checking out for the quirky atmosphere and the novelty of it all.

One of the most unique places to stay and eat in North Dakota! A definite must-stay if you are anywhere in the area.

Amazing story behind the motel. The rooms were immaculate & very spacious. Reasonably priced as well. The motel was the old high school of the area. Highly recommend driving the Enchanted Highway & staying one night at this motel. So clean! The bar was cozy & stocked well. The good was amazingly delicious - steak was cooked to perfection! Recommend staying & having dinner here 100%. So great to meet the Owner Gary to hear his amazing story of the metal sculptures & his Enchanted Motel. Loved it there! It is in the middle of nowhere but worth the stop
