I had a really great experience working with the Store Manager, Ashley, today! She was so friendly and knowledgeable, and she did a great job explaining everything to me and answering my questions. She even found a way to lower my family’s monthly phone bill after hearing that we felt it was a little high for no good reason. This store goes above and beyond for its customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new phone!

Richard was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and answered every question I had! Paige was able to help my partner with a problem that had been going on for a day and a half that other people from Verizon in another state weren’t willing to fix or help. Both Richard and Paige were very organized, helpful, friendly, and patient even through their busy day. Absolutely loved my experience here!
