Well I'm not going to rate it good for sure but I'll edit my rating if customer service can fix the one issue I got. They like to offer $250 to open a pep acct and said it would be deposited Monday but that was a week ago and 5 calls later. No way to do business

The service is awful. I had gotten my first bank account and my name was spelt wrong on the card when I got it in the mail. I called to have it fixed and they told me “just use that one anyway”. They flirted with the guy I went in there with instead of doing actual business with me. Awful employees in the actual building, awful service, find any other bank to go to to be honest

I give this bank in Stanley North Dakota of four stars Jessica help me set up my checking account she was quick and efficient and she answered any and all my questions that I had I think this is a great bank and I’m glad that I opened up a checking account with them the only thing that I do have a problem with is it they won’t cash a check for 30 days which I can understand that but I think that that policy should change. Thank you for providing great customer service
