“Very clean property. Safe place to live. We live in Texas but my husband is there working so it was difficult to find a place to live not knowing anything about ND. When we found Tioga Apartments it was a blessing. The employees were amazing and made sure we got everything we needed. They responded to all questions efficiently even on their day off. The maintenance personnel is also amazing they made sure my husband had all the furniture he needed. We don't have anything bad to say about them. I would defiantly refer friends and family.”
