She is an amazing Chef! I love the vampire tacos and loaded CBR fries from her food truck! The homemade chocolates are to die for, and her helpers have great customer service.

Sweet Prairie runs a food truck during the summer months (May-late October) and we offer chocolates & fudge during the cooler months. You can find us at The Pride of Dakota Events & order from our website.
Clyde the food truck can be booked for weddings, graduations or any type of event. He has a fully equipped kitchen on board. I use locally raised and butchered beef and support my local small businesses.
