My family of 5 were travelling down the I-94 this past Labor Day where the CEL on our van started to flash. Immediately, we pulled into Valley City to figure out what we could do. Called the store to verify they were open so we headed down the street to them. Used the OBD scanner to check the code and Branden (I'm not too sure on his name, I remember seeing assistant manager on his shirt though) was willing to check availability on the parts necessary for the issue.
I was in the store multiple times as I was lacking some tools and everytime I entered, he was always willing to help. Not to add, I was amazed with the product within the store. Everything I ended up needing was on hand at a affordable price.
If it wasn't for the team in Valley City, I would've had to call a tow truck and spend hundreds of dollars to get the issue taken care of.”
