I can see where people might mistake them for being rude as others have mentioned, but in my experience that is almost always from them being busy in trying to do so much and support so many people. I have had hundreds of interactions here and almost every one of them has been great, and even when not great I always feel like they are working on solutions behind the scenes, Ronda and Sam especially.”
