This place used to be good but now the customer service is zero. Now instead of sitting down with Niki and doing the taxes the same day, you drop them off and you MIGHT hear something in 10 days to 2 weeks. My wife called with a question and the receptionist Barb was very rude. We are done going here and I won't recommend them to anyone else.

I’m agreeing with Noah on this one. Met and submitted my 2021 tax documents to be just looked over since I filed them with Turbo Tax and had some irs issues afterwards… I was looking forward to using them as my main tax people for years to come but it has been nearly 3 months and I have called and left messages every other week since, I’ve emailed, always on the Monday’s and Tuesday’s they claim to be open…tried everything short of taking a dang day off work to track Nikole down. No response at all and now they have a nice file filled with all of my sensitive documents that is sitting around in the cloud probably being as ignored and untended to as my attempts to reach them… this city needs real tax professionals

I was going to avoid doing this but after the last conversation had it needs to be expressed. First this isn’t a complaint built out of frustration of needing a tax return or emotions built out of stress from such things. It is simply coming from a man that has experienced the best and worst of company’s over the years and this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been a part of. I would expect it from Taco Bell or Walmart but from a tax team? Someone handling such important information and documents? Wow. This is two years in the making to be honest. My now fiancé, last year after we started dating, had us both go to her tax team because she felt comfortable with them. I agreed and after it was said and done was very unpleased for many reasons. One main one being the fact they never returned her calls of concerns and issues. That leads us to this year. My fiancé again convinced me to go again. She spoke very highly about this company to everyone she knows even after that last year. That is now over by the way. Word of mouth goes and long way in North Dakota. Everything went ok with the tax’s and now we have been waiting way to long, more then everyone, for tax return. Not the issue obviously. The problem is it’s been two weeks of reaching out by phone and email about the concern and wanting either an answer to why or calming response to the normality of this. A simple call back is promised and never kept. Over and over. Sounds familiar to last year. Ok so my fiancé is North Dakota nice. So I called and got ahold of the receptionist that we have been leaving messages with and told she will have the lady call back. She sounds nice and says the same thing to get you off the phone and that to me is very annoying at this point. It’s fake. So I very nicely and calmly explained to her the concern we are having with not the taxes but them and she goes to explain how they can’t do anything and all that good stuff. And I stayed nice to her and expressed how that is very helpful and kind of all we needed if true. I then started to speak on how this way of treating us is unprofessional and.... she hung up on me. That to me, with how nice we have been and how patient we have been, is by far the rudest thing ever. How lame and pathetic. We will not only never use them again, more complaints to come and word of mouth will increase but not in a positive light.

We used the Tax Team years ago but switched to someone closer for convenience. This year we went back to the Tax Team and I glad we did. It was worth the drive. Nikole is great! We will be using the Tax Team again next year.
