We just purchased a vehicle from Smith Motors yesterday. Brandon and Jesse were AMAZING! Very friendly, thorough, and fun to work with. Will definitely be buying from them again when the time comes!! Highly recommend!!

just purchased a vehicle from Smith Motors yesterday! Brandon and Jesse were amazing, Brandon even came in on his day off since we drove 5 hours from Duluth for a specific vehicle! Definitely recommend and will be buying from them again when the time comes!

While traveling my rear tail light/blinker went out. I called them and they got me in immediately and got it fixed. The whole process was quick, simple and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

The only thing is I didn't like about about there service. Is I had the parts for them to replace. They charged me full price on the labor. as my vehicle was in for repair anyway

The communication could have been much better. Was told vehicle should ould be done 2 hours before I called to see if it was ready to pick-up. Received a call 2 hours after that it was ready.

Excellent communication and that's important to me, friendly staff, truck was priced very well. Only thing is that I didn't get a hat. Black chevy hat would have been the icing in the cake.

Mechanic really knows his stuff, think his name was Kevin. Usually very particular about who works on my vehicles but due to the scope of work the only business that would touch it was the dealership. Jamie also was able to get the vehicle in earlier than expected, thanks fellas.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I live 30 miles away and thought I was going to have to find someone to. One and get me but they worked hard to get my car fixed the same day.
