“Our stay at the Roosevelt hotel was more than we could’ve hoped for. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The lodge style decor was timeless and the tributes to Roosevelt made the hall area feel like a museum. Our room was clean and cozy. The beds were a bit lumpy but other than that, we had no complaints. The extra touches provided in general service such as grinding their own coffee beans elevated the level of service and added to the already welcome environment. If business takes us back to the area, I’ll stay here every time!”

“We really appreciated the staff’s flexibility. A family member was in the hospital, and we weren’t sure how long we would be there. The staff made room accommodations for us for the duration of our stay (5 nights), and I especially want to say thanks to the weekday breakfast hostess, who was flexible with my tardy requests for breakfast. Thanks so much for an overall positive experience!”
