“We came in to get our bill adjusted or we were gonna close our account but Shay helped us get our bill cut in half. She helped us more than anyone else ever has. I highly recommend if your in the Watford area and need to make adjustments or are not happy ask for Shay, she is very helpful. I'm not from this area but I probably will not go to my local Verizon store moving forward unless it's an emergency.”
