Many staff are super friendly and helpful, offering assistance with loads and providing items like detergent, dryer sheets, coffee, towels, and wash cloths. There is also a nice hot shower available for use. The service is reliable, with drop-off laundry often ready the next day, and the staff is noted for their honesty. However, one staff member frequently seems angry or like they are having a bad day, which some customers find off-putting. Despite this, many customers call it the best place ever for laundry and state they will always return.

I love being able to drop off my dirty clothes and they come back nice and clean and folded. One time I forgot to empty my husband's pockets and they bagged up his stuff (money included) put it in our laundry bag and made sure we knew it was there. The ladies are super friendly
