Ordered 20 ft truck and rescheduled it for different day. They didn't have one within 130 miles. And had to settle for a 10 ft truck. Customer service was terrible as they wouldn't comp me for any mileage or anything to make up for mistake and had to make multiple trips due to having a smaller truck than I ordered

Booked a 26' truck and auto transport over a month before my pick-up date and, not once, but twice was told that they and the Minot location did not have the truck ready for me with less than 24 hours notice. No standards and a complete lack of care on the part of both the individual at the store and the indivual on the phone when attempting to re-book (individual on the phone even laughed multiple times during the conversation after they screwed up).

This is for Uhual itself, not the place in Watford City ND. I've used uhaul probably more times than most people due to my line of work and having to move alot. I have always turned in equipment in a timely fashion ahead of schedule and in good working order but for some reason Uhuals policy has changed. Used to if you turned in the equipment early you were reimbursed what you didn't use. Example... 6 days for a 6X12 cargo trailer is $710.00. I used it for 3 days and still got charged for the 6 days even though I didn't have the equipment anymore. I think this needs to be changed back. It's just not right to charge someone for something they aren't using. I wish I knew someone I could complain to about this but all I get is "Sorry that's just how it is." Bullcrap, its a rip off for the consumer.

Got charged for a missing item. We just got a truck and he said he would refund me for the missing item charge. It has not been refunded also terrible customer service and was very rude from the second we walked in.Updated review: It has been well over a week, was told we would get a refund and I've called multiple times and still no refund

I made a reservation ahead of time. Uhaul moved my pickup location one day before my move to a town two hours away. Called and found out they reserve the right to move the location and there is no guarantee that they will have what you reserved at your location, even when you reserve in advance. Just wanted you to be informed customers

This was my second time coming here. The first time my mom and I went to pick up a truck. The guy was very racist. The second I went he acted the same way. He’s very racist towards black and Hispanic people. He tried to give me a messed up storage unit. I always have a bad experience here. Very horrible service. Waste of time and money.

Don't waste your time unless you was to experience the worst customer service of your life! So unhelpful! Uhaul can never be trusted. Go to Penske instead. They are way more reliable.

There is only 1 staff member present, charges to assist with loading the trailer with vehicle we had to drive to get all the way there, truck was below full. Not a professional business

We were guaranteed a Uhaul out of Williston on our date and the day of they switched us to WATFORD city and didn’t bother to let us know, so we had to drive 1 hr and 20 mins out of our way to get the trailer. When I called and found out and asked to speak to the Manager I was told 5 times i could discuss my concerns with him! Finally I got to speak to a manger and she was no help either. Bs next time we will use Penske! The one in Watford was very nice in helpful though, this is a Corporate review in general
