Customer service is a highlight, with staff providing great customer service skills. When a machine had trouble, someone came right over, gave a refund, and fixed it immediately. Another reviewer received a discount while floors were being cleaned. While most machines are always broken and prices are high, the dryers work great. The vend machine for laundry soap could be stocked more often, but customers love coming for laundry needs.

    After having some trouble with a machine, someone came right over, gave me my money back and proceeded to fix the machine immediately.

    I’m so glad to see the new owners taking the initiative to make this place better. There for awhile I just dreaded coming here and wasting money! Thank so much guys and for also being open 24hrs!

    Always clean and never to crowded. Costs me $6.00 a load wash and dry.
