There is a person at this company tells you one thing but does the exact opposite and then expect The client to just suck it up and deal with it Customer beware I would never recommend this place because of her

I called to make an appointment and inquire about a test for my dog. I was told to bring the stool sample in at any time and it was not needed the time of appointment. I bring the sample in a day before my appointment, only to find out the test is indeed bloodwork. Heather was the one who assisted me and she was absolutely horrible. She had the worst the attitude and lacks customer service, communication, and hospitality. Her attitude and persona were discriminative, she did not treat anyone else in there like that except me. I am highly disappointed and left in tears. I did not raise my voice, I did not use profanity, I didn't cause a scene, I didn't even have an attitude. I simply came in to have a service completed, the way I was told to do it when I called. She did not suggest any solutions to move forward. She cut me off several times, and had no problem canceling my appointment. She refused to give me supervisor information. She told me I needed to wait for her to assist another customer before I could get my pet records. If they treat the owners like this I can only imagine how my dogs are treated. I will NEVER return.

I've been going here for years but they have become really bad lately. every time I've gone they have new Vets that are afraid of dr Anderson which tells me there's some big issues going on in the background. Dr Anderson only works 4 days a week so getting into her is not going to happen. For the past three weeks I have paid well over 2 thousand dollars for my baby on tests and X-rays and meds and have been told its probably cancer because they think they've ruled everything else out. For each test they told me these tests will confirm what it is and send them off to labs to find out and when they come back there's no real answer. each test they've only looked for one thing but they are willing to send them in again for something else for a few hundred dollars more. They don't call back after you've called and then when they do you have to start over with everything theyve done with your dog like they've never seen her before. moving on.

I took my new puppy here. I provided all of the paperwork from my breeder. They told me that my vaccines because they were given before the eight weeks were not going to be affective so they re-vaccinated my dog and provided other treatments. I walked out of there with A bill over $200. When I provided my receipt to the breeder as proof that I had had my puppy evaluated, they were very shocked that the puppy had been double vaccinated even though the paperwork clearly showed that everything had already been given. I will not be returning! I feel totally scammed and upset that my puppy was put through all of that again.

They booted us and our 3 cats just because my wife wanted to get our cats dental work done out of town. They wanted $1300, which is very expensive for us since we already pay hundreds monthly for their thyroid and diabetic care. We had no intent on switching vets, we just wanted to save some money, but I guess that's a crime with this clinic. They also never bothered to acknowledge one of our cat as male. Called him She/Her for years and it was very frustrating. They were good when we started going to them years ago, but now with their vet shortage, the level of care has declined, and they are price gouging. They shouldn't be in this business if they only care about money.

We have been taking our 3 cats here for the last few years and we've noticed a decline in their care, but their prices keep going up. Right now they have 2 vets operating this clinic and it takes 2-3 months to get your pet seen (that's with being a client). They keep losing their good vets, which says a lot. Recently, they dropped us because I confronted them about a surprise $1300 dental bill (among other things). I find it odd how my cat went in for his annual appt and they

I find it odd how my cat went in for his annual appt and they completely missed a growth on his chin and never said anything about dental work. Then when I called to get his growth check out, they send me an estimate for $1300 in dental work instead. Over the years of owning cats, I've NEVER paid a price like that for vet dental. The most I've ever paid was $450 and that was just a few years ago at the same clinic for my other cat. We live off of disability, so affording that on top of all our cats other medical needs, is nearly impossible. I decided to call around to smaller town vets to see if I could get his procedure done somewhere cheaper and asked them for his file. Had no intent on switching vets, just wanted to save some money. Well, they quickly assumed I was looking for a new vet and booted us as clients today. So my diabetic cat, hyperthyroid cat, and healthy cat were left with no vet as of today. I exchanged heavy words with the owner Amy Anderson, and it's clear they only care about money. She kept telling me to apply for CareCredit, even though we've told them plenty of times that we don't qualify for that card. We almost have the $1300 for his dental procedure, but now it will go towards getting our 3 cats established at a new vet instead. To make matters worse, our cat is a male and they would ALWAYS call him - SHE or HER. I don't understand how years can go by and you still could careless if my cat is male or female? We would always politely correct them, but they never listened. They like to over medicate and are using their vet shortage to price gouge. If you want a vet that actually cares about your pets, please look elsewhere.

Dr. Anderson performed emergency surgery on my dog. He had an avacado pit stuck in his bowels! She did a great job and communicated with us often. We really appreciate her taking care of our deathly sick dog!

I came in for a second opinion for my dogs chronic skin issues. After a previous vet had continued to just give antibiotics with out trying to figure out why she was getting these infections, I felt more needed to be done. The staff at West Fargo Animal Hospital agreed, the infection was secondary to allergies. I finally have a treatment plan that will treat the root cause of the infections.

They took wonderful care of our cat when we brought her in, explained everything they were doing and why, and they've called a few times now to check on her to see how she's doing on her meds. Very thorough staff, and wonderfully helpful.

It was a very sad day for us as our sweet Harley crosses the rainbow bridge. But the kind people at WFAH treated her so well and showed so much compassion for our heartbroken family. Thank you to Dr. Kristin Anderson and all the staff for your time and compassion.

Yes, yes, yes! These guys are the best! they took care of my Samantha so quickly. They were able to remove a cancerous tumor within days of finding it. They likely saved her by catching it and I will never be able to thank them enough.

Caring staff and good vets! They do their best to get you in as soon as possible and are willing to take the time to explain any issues or concerns regarding your pet. You won't always get the same vet, but they have all been knowledgeable and caring.

I took my dog there for years, and they were wonderful. Always helpful staff. When I had to put Schatzi down, they came to my house and were so kind and caring. I knew she was always in good hands - Dr. Kristen is amazing! I would highly recommend her and this vet to anyone
