“Got myself in a rancid nasty pickle. Even through confusion and a lot of miscommunication on my end Al was still willing to help me. The biggest thing is that he is honest. My transmission was done for, when he went to look at it he saw other things wrong with my vehicle that made it not worth fixing. Some other shady dude probably would have bled me dry getting everything fixed just to make a buck. He did not do that. He also did not charge me for looking at my car. If you want someone who is honest Al is your guy. I just wish I could have been a better customer for him.”

“Excellent service—Ted is person of integrity and honesty. A previous mechanic said I needed a new transmission for over $4K. Ted fixed it for $120 (speed sensor on a 93 K1500). Highly recommend!”
“I bought a used bike and I dropped it off for the crew to add a dirty air gauge for my suspension. The staff at pure performance went thru my whole bike and tighten loose bolt, added bolts made sure the bike was safe for the road on there own and didnt charge me for there extra time and service. To them that just normal service but to me it means alot and shows the level of professionalism of there staff. Thanks again pure performance.”

“Scott's been honest and reliable for years. He won't overcharge you for anything and he gets his work done in a reasonable time. Any time I have to get my vehicle looked at, I take it here. Importantly, he asks before he does anything that might be a surprise expense, which has saved me from some pretty nasty bills. Can't recommend his place enough.”
“The Best Service I have received in a long time. Super nice actual people to deal with. They could have demanded to sell me a new tire like the other shops that I talked to in town. But I really just wanted to have the tire repaired since the vehicle is all wheel drive. I wanted to keep all of the tires the same size. Putting a new tire in the mix would have put additional stress on the drive train as I understand it. They had no complaints, they just took care of my tire needs in a very timely manner as quickly as they could. My guess would be, in and out 15 to 20 minutes.
Very nice people to deal with. I will return to Pomp's Tire Service every chance I get for the rest of time.

“We bought a 5th wheel & needed the best hitch option. The staff here are the best. Got us a B & W hitch that can switch to a goose neck. We were told by another company it would take 3 days. These guys did it in 1 day instal including air bag suspensions addition to our Chevy 3500. Great company & great people to work with. First time pulling our 5th wheel was perfect!”

“My car was throwing codes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Over the phone I got a quote for the same fix from another shop, and that quote was about $20 lower. However, the final bill from UA ended up being $40 less than the original estimate anyway. It wasn't cheap; auto repairs seldom are, but the folks at UA treated me right. I'll go back again.”
“Outlaws was able to take care of my truck when it needed a new fuel pump. He was quick with getting it in and getting finished which was much appreciated. Pricing is very reasonable and they warranty their work which gives some peace of mind. I'll definitely be using them in the future and sending people their way.”

Brought my truck in as it was shaking pretty bad on the highway, they quoted me upfront for the fix after finding the issue and kept me posted on everything that was going on. Then, they called me and let me know the fix was going to be even cheaper than they initially thought!

“Dakota Tire is good people!!!! I couldn’t get my Kia Optima’s engine to turn off and my car was going haywire, so I called the guys at Dakota Tire and they let me stop by during closing on a Friday….(I first called Kia of Fargo and they told me nothing they could do about it because they wanted to get home.) Dakota Tire didn’t leave me in the dust and knew I needed help. Meant a lot to me. Very personable guys and didn’t make me feel inconvenient or dumb. It was a quick fix and I’ll be going back for future service. THANK YOU!!!”

“Soma is a very fair guy prices u can't beat he will go out of his way tofor ALL customers that don't try to pull a fast one on him when people are sold a USED! car and are made aware of a small coolant leak and continue to drive without keeping a CLOSE eye on fluid levels and overheat the motor and expect him to replace motor just don't make sense. Maybe that customer should open up ther wallet go buy a brand new car with warranty lol even then u can't fix stupid right.😉keep up the good work dude God bless🙏”
“We had a flat tire in the I-29 - with the spare on it was not going to be a safe drive all the way back to Manitoba. We called ahead and they were beyond helpful with selecting tires. I was able to select tires that work well for the car - I was also not pressured to buy two (although we did). The Service Manager - Adam - gave us options and then the technician selected the best two tires to keep, rotating and putting the new tires on the front. Adam and the technician were absolutely wonderful. They made sure we could get back home safely and without having to spend the night in Fargo. Thank you!”
