However, the final bill from UA ended up being $40 less than the original estimate anyway. It wasn't cheap; auto repairs seldom are, but the folks at UA treated me right. I'll go back again.”

“Got myself in a rancid nasty pickle. Even through confusion and a lot of miscommunication on my end Al was still willing to help me. The biggest thing is that he is honest. My transmission was done for, when he went to look at it he saw other things wrong with my vehicle that made it not worth fixing. Some other shady dude probably would have bled me dry getting everything fixed just to make a buck. He did not do that. He also did not charge me for looking at my car. If you want someone who is honest Al is your guy. I just wish I could have been a better customer for him.”
