As I type this, I have been sitting on hold for over an hour and a half. This is my third time contacting the store. What began as a simple request for a receipt is quickly becoming a major customer service issue. Very soon, I will decide that I should take my $720 per week somewhere else.

Always something with the one on main in west fargo. Chip readers don't work, shelves and fridges aren't stocked a lot of the time, the cashiers are so slow that they have a line of 8 or 9 people and when we order food it's never ready by the time it's supposed to be. Today was the last straw. One person working, 8 people in line who had to take turns at the ATM to get cash to pay because the card reader was down completely and somehow the other one wasn't working too?

Casey's next to the northern let me see they don't want business there when I can see. Go in tried to buy a phone card two packs of smokes with 100-dollar bill I was going to spend about $80 of it there. But they don't accept. Just today in between paydays. So I tried to use quarters to buy a pack of cigarettes but they don't take orders over $5. I go to Holiday now they always take my money and want my not that store. They don't want business there my money is not good at that store what a joke

me and my boyfriend work in north Fargo and drive to west Fargo to get food. the last 3-4 times we have gone out of our way to go to this Casey's, we were unable to get food. not because there wasn't kitchen staff, but because the person in the kitchen will stare at us for 20 minutes before we decide to just leave. I understand being busy, but not even acknowledging our presence or "one moment please" has kinda driven us nuts. hope to see some more helpful staff in the kitchen eventually!!

Felt kinda bad for the cashier today after a customer threw money at her but then after watching a young African American woman approach the counter and not be greeted or anything was beyond racist! The young lady even said thank you and have a nice day and the cashier remained quiet but then said hello to the next customer. I guess karma got her before she did her dirt!

Good luck with this store if you are doing delivery it's really bad. They are very slow. Unless your ok waiting almost a hour at times for one order. The rest of the store is fine clean workers up front are nice.

Okay I thought it was just me, but in looking at these reviews I can see it really IS the older white guy who works in the back. Casey's yall just need to go ahead and do him a favor and fire him. His demeanor and attitude is depressing as hell. For the person who is responding to reviews on Casey's behalf... YOU go in there and order a pizza, he does his job in making the pizza, but the service is TERRRRRRRRIBLLLLE! I think I can speak for him and say that He HATES it there. Get rid of him. I'm not even looking for a generic response from Casey's, just DO something about it. He hates it there. I will be reaching out to the local news station here about this too. He needs to be fired. He'll find something better, I'm sure. Ya'll just gotta help him by firing him. ??♀️

I haven't played make believe since I was a kid but I'm willing to allow you. When I see a lady, I say miss, when I see a man, I say sir it just comes natural. For you to get mad and rude because you are a woman in your eyes but a man to everybody else is ridiculous. I work close to this Casey's and I've tried to order pizza about 3 times now. Everytime it's never ready at the time it's supposed to be. This morning I arrived 5 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be done and my pizza hadn't been made yet. This is the second time I've come to the food section and someone is behind the desk (not doing any cooking) but yet the order still wasn't filled. And then to be told I have to wait for corporate to issue a refund. I won't return. Get better help and do a better job.

This place must employ the rudest people in town. The guy in the kitchen is an absolute jerkoff. I also witnessed another employee run out the front door and throw a customer's credit card at them and telling them to go to another place to get their gas in a very profanity filled way. I set my stuff on the counter and walked out. There are other convenience stores not to far away I will be giving my business too.The parking lot here is ridiculous as well.

To older white dude working the pizza counter in the back: I’m sorry you hate your life so much. I’m sorry you hate working in a gas station. That’s not my problem though. Stop throwing things around and muttering under your breath. Ship up or shape out. To the younger dude working it in the mornings: you rock and are always polite.Edit to respond to the owner: I already did. Complaining to corporate was the first thing I did. Fire the dude. This isn’t the first review complaining about him.

I placed an order online and the dude in the pizza kitchen was rude when I got there just before my pickup time. He said he hadn't had a chance to even start it. Then with the online pizza order I also selected some additional drinks like Starbucks mocha, 1 gallon of water and 52oz orange juice that all ended up being removed since the store was out of these items. The cashier was great at fixing all these items to delete and brought me out the kitchen order since the dude was totally unstable. I also found this rude employee corresponded inappropriately to a couple other customers. Bad customer service from kitchen employee.
