These people posed as Delta and scammed me stating I owed money for an airline ticket paid for 2 months previous. They told me they will refund me when I called them on the scam. We shall see

Scammers!!! These people operate as an airline agent, take your info and money. Confirmed today that they are no even affiliated with frontier airlines. They took advantage of us on one of our darkest days during a family emergency. How is this business even operating?!

Deceptive advertising, deceptive business practices. I did actually get an airline reservation, but not sure how safe my personal information is or how much the airline got of the money they billed me. Yuk. Also got the number from google search for airline- they assured me I was talking to the airline (I guessed maybe a phone center), but wasn't aware it was a travel agency til i saw my credit card statement. Tricky!!

Dean was very professional in assisting me with my travel plans. He was very patient and did his best to accommodate me.
