They don't deliver in a timely manner (waited 52 days for my delivery before cancelling altogether), don't return phone calls, and they were dishonest with me.

Bed got delivered there last Wednesday, have had 0 communication with this company. Left messages finally I got ahold of someone and basically they have NO IDEA when my bed and frame will be delivered, they are 8 miles from my house and she said it could be this week or she was about to say next week on phone! But stoped and said “it’ll be this week” this week when? I work everyday and can’t just leave work easily and leave others short handed. I can’t imagine a company letting your stuff sit there and not have any idea when it could be delivered. I’m 8 miles away! I can’t even go pick it up. Think twice about ordering a 4000$ tempurpedic online if live in this area. I don’t know how they got the contract from them. I’ll further update more when and if it gets delivered.

Driver and packing crew were on time for packing and loading. Driver was very professional, not so much for the packing crew.Communication could have been better prior to the move. Some kitchen items were left in cupboards. Screws for computer monitor were not packed. Top of television stand severely scratched.

These truck drivers think they can park wherever apparently. They are parked in a very small tight spaced Walmart in small town Missouri. If this was a supercenter then it would be whatever. But this driver chose to park next to another semi instead of behind and is now completely blocking the exit of an entire row of parking spots. There are two trucks tops within 9 miles of this Walmart. One is within 1 mile. Driver is not parked to shop. They are sleeping. This is bad etiquette on this drivers part. And can be very dangerous to the folks trying to get in to shop and maneuver around an already tight space. Oh and this Walmart already has 1/4 of the lot taken up by containers for a remodel. I don't care if drivers park in parking lots but they should have the decency to not take up a whole entire double lane of through traffic in the lot. I would not want my moving company to act so unprofessional. I cannot add the pictures I took of where this company driver parked his truck.Edited to add that I originally wrote this at 5 am and the driver is still there at 10:45 am

We had a great experience today with Fettes Transportation. I received a courtesy call half hour before delivery. Driver left our oversized delivery right at our front door. Nicely packed/sealed/no signs of distress on boxes/still on pallet. We have a long walkway from our driveway to our front door & was not expecting them to make the extra effort. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you order from Wayfair you'll though and I'm so sorry for you, they're horrible to deal with, they do not care about your items, will play all kinds of games with you, they're a complete failure of a company, I'm not sure how they got this contract to deliver for Wayfair but I'll not be ordering from Wayfair again bcus of them.. save yourself order from Amazon or some other place just make sure delivery is not by these guys.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to drop off a new bed and new platform for the bed. The first day they came, they forgot the bed and the platform. The second day they came they just brought the bed (the bed and platform are supposed to be delivered on the same day as this is supposed to be "white glove delivery" and they were supposed to set everything up.) They left the bed in the hallway with the plastic still on it and I had to call someone to help me move it into my bedroom. The brand new $2000 bed has been sitting on the floor since Thursday may 5th. It is now the 12th of may and my bed is still sitting on the floor. They called yesterday (the 11th) and told me they would be here the next day. I didn't hear a word from them the next day. My bed is still on the floor. Do not use this company, it will leave you with a headache. I will never use this company ever again. After all this I called the company today and was told that it was not in their notes that the bed was left in the hallway. They offered excuses with no solutions.

Poor customer service. We ordered a vanity via Wayfair and received a notice it would be delivered Fri between 9:30 and 1:30. We had one of our people on site to accept it. We did not receive any calls about them running late and tried to track someone at their office when it was past the end of the delivery window to see what was happening. All we got was voicemail. We tried a while later after we still had not received a response or update on the delivery and left another voicemail. I wouldn't use a company that has such low regard for their customers. Communication is key.

Robbie Thompson is awesome! We've used him twice now, moving both times in Minot in the last 4 years. Best value I found. Local movers wanted double what Fettes charged. Robbie was on time (from Fargo!), very professional, and an expert at moving heavier items with a lot of care (including an antique upright piano out of a very narrow doorway!) Can't recommend him enough! If you book Fettes, ask for Robbie by name! You'll be very glad you did!

Handled interstate move without any issue and at a much lower cost through NorthAmerican than Allied or Mayflower had quoted me for the same service. Robert Thompson and his crew had it packed up on the truck one day and unloaded at my destination 10 hours away the next with some daylight left over. Really recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware. They throw items into boxes without wrapping them. They overstuff wardrobe boxes and role up clothes on hangers and stuff in bottom of wardrobe boxes. They fold art in half to fit it into boxes. They missed the delivery window by 6 days and did not keep me informed. I had to call them and sometimes I did not get a response. They also kept changing the reason the load was late. Various reasons given at different times: truck loaded in wrong order of shipments at Fettes, labor difficulties at Fettes, Judgement call to deliver other loads first, etc. A BBB compliant has been filed. I do not recommend this company.

Ordered Furniture online and had the unfortunate experience of working with this Transportation company who passed the buck onto Wayfair as to why the tracking information was incorrect. When speaking with the Fettes, was hung up on and not provided any information as to why there was a delay and what time furniture would be delivered.
