My car battery was shot on the coldest day we’d had so far. My retired father was out in the parking lot trying to install my new battery and was missing the correct size socket. I went inside to ask if they had one and the guys behind the counter found the socket. One even put his coat on to go help my dad while I warmed up inside. 5 STARS O’Reilly’s! 5 STARS!!

I'd like to give a shout out to Jordan at the 605 32nd Ave. E., West Fargo, ND location. He was very helpful and patient with my transmission-related issues, going beyond simply answering my questions, and didn't make me feel like "a dumb woman". I appreciate his help and demeanor.

Love this place and it’s my go to for parts. However, I was in the store this evening and the counter person was short wit me. Otherwise it would 5 stars as everyone else has been great except this guy.

Pretty unprofessional experience tonight. Trying to get a tool rental returned tonight. Due to an accident that slowed me down I raced over to get it returned. While yes, I pulled up right at 8:59pm (just seconds before closing), as I got out of my truck, one of the guys quick rushed over to lock the door right in front of me. All 3 guys standing behind the counter just looked at me and one even chuckled. Pretty unprofessional to not even ask what I was there for or let alone vocally acknowledge me. A tool return would’ve taken a solid 30 seconds. Do better, and be better humans.

I bounce around to different automotive stores. If i need to stop, I'll pop in to whichever is close. I may change to exclusively an O'Reilly guy. All three locations I've been to in town have professional/knowledgeable employees who exceed at customer service.

I just stopped by this location today and needed a rear wiper for my vehicle. The young gentleman working picked out what I needed AND offered to put the wiper on my vehicle for me! What service! He was very friendly and courteous too. 5+ stars from me...Keep up the great work!

This O.Reilly branch is awesome! The staff were extremely helpful and very patient with me! I just went in on a Sunday morning- there was only one gentleman working but he was super awesome and helped me with my car! Thank you again!

Very very terrible experience with this store sold the wrong parts and the guy at the counter basically told me tough s*** it's on you can't return them they were already on the vehicle OK well that's not how it works I paid good money for these parts and they decided not to reimburse me for anything or get me the correct parts I will never step foot in this o'reilly auto parts ever again the customer service was terrible and the guy had no knowledge of what parts were or how to find them in the database really need to step up the game guys
