The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Their grooming is usually good. Find a good groomer and stick with them.

Fine. Every time I EVER go there they will have one person working the cashiers and at least 5 people in line. Not fun to sit in that line with nothing but an overpriced kitty collar and a couple jugs of cat litter.
