Stopped in today 2/24 and the salesperson followed us very closely the whole time. She didn't stop asking questions or give us time to look and talk amongst ourselves. After the lady nearly followed my husband into the bathroom (because she thought we found an item on the clearance side) we just left. Irritated doesn't describe the frustration of having someone breathing down your neck while you shop....

We bought our furniture on July 4 it is now January and we still don't have the right stuff. In our sectional we ordered a number of pieces to recline and that is not what was delivered. Two of the pieces need to go to the warehouse for repairs because the stuff was not right in the first place. There has been very little responses to our many phone calls to try to get resolution.

Don't bother buying the overpriced waterproof mattress cover, it's not waterproof. The salesmen said it was but customer service and the wet mattress say otherwise. I normally wouldn't spend $80 on a mattress cover but it was protecting a $800 bed, at least it was supposed to. It was the 4th and last bed I will be buying from them.

Horrible customer service.Purchased 2 bar stools and a chair in September were told 3 to 4 weeks. Called 10-19 and was told that my bar stools would be there the following week. My chair would not be completed by the end of November. Called today, and they said its been at the store since 10-23! Asked why no one has called, she could not provide an explanation and then asked if I wanted to pay for delivery! Worse place I have ever dealt with for furniture.Go to HOM or anywhere else.

Horrible experience. I paid for a new bookshelf and attempted to pick up at the warehouse. First attempt, they wanted to give me a floor model and when I declined they told me a new one would be in in 4 days. I called 5 days later and the bookshelf was in stock. Second attempt to pick up and they wanted to give me the same floor model from the first attempt. After further discussion, I was told they discontinued the bookshelf, which is weird since the Assistant Manager told me if they could get a new one in stock in 8 weeks if they could not transfer the piece I was expecting from a different warehouse.

Disappointing that you go to purchase an expensive bed and mattress protector and they won’t do anything for you if the mattress protector is no good. They are not “returnable”. Very disappointing for someone that spends lots of money here and will not return.

What a disaster bought dining room furniture that took 2 months to get to us, and it was complete crap, everything would scratch it. We called immediately and they were going to replace the top of the table which was going to take another month, in the meantime one of the chairs broke. So we asked for a refund as we had the set not even 3 weeks.. It took them another 3 weeks to come pick it up, I was told I would have the refund in 7-10 days and still no refund. Just called again and they said they hadn't put the almost 2500 refund in yet.. I will never shop there again.. lots of lies and misinformation as well

Good service while picking out my recliner but everything following was a total nightmare. I placed a custom order for a Rowan recliner and called to check on the status 6 weeks after. I was transferred to many employees to be told it would be another 6-8 weeks. Two weeks later, I received a text stating my chair was ready to schedule delivery. I called the store to let them know I had not planned on delivery as I was picking up at the store. The employee told me the chair was currently in Sioux Falls but could be transferred to Fargo. I was told this would take two days and I had asked that my sales rep call me when the chair was in Fargo. I forgot about the chair and decided to call on Friday to find out it had been delivered on Wednesday. On Sunday, I went to furniture Mart to pick up the chair and was told the chair was at Ashley furniture- I was never told this when they confirmed delivery. The employee downplayed the situation and told my husband "Ashley furniture is only one block away." Very unorganized and unprofessional.I should also add I had asked about price matching memorial day sale (if price was better) since our chair was not ready for pick up at that time. The employee told me that I would need to speak to my sales rep. I asked that they send a message to my sales rep to call me to discuss the sale pricing and I never received a call.

Very nice salesperson and delivery people. Furniture was that was delivered was not exactly the same as the floor model. Much smaller in size and lower quality. Not at all comfortable. So sad!

The sales rep was very awkward and didn't answer our questions, but we found a mattress that we liked so we bought it. The sales rep told us it would arrive between 9 & noon on Monday. My wife arranged her schedule so she'd be home for the delivery. At 1 pm my wife called, and the sales rep told her that he forgot to schedule our delivery, and that we'd have to wait until Thursday...The mattress arrived on time on Thursdat, but we also had paid $20 dollars to have our old mattress disposed of. The delivery drivers just took our old mattress and threw it in the dumpster at our apartment. Now our neighbors have nowhere to put their garbage. We called Furniture Mart and we were told they would correct the situation. They said that someone would call us back but nobody ever did. The mattress is still in the dumpster. Just lazy employees across the board.
