I went Saturday 10m before closing to deposit check so I can have the money available during the weekend. I have 0 $ in my bank account and the teller should know what I need that money to be available right away.otherwise I’ll deposit through my phon… It’s almost Monday and the deposit still bending ?… I’m sorry I’m not rich

Soooo Lazy and all they have to say is write an email about it.... I've been calling them for 2 hours nonstop and still no answer. Plus the told me I can't cash my check there unless its direct deposit so they put a hold on it... they stamped it so I can't cash it anywhere else. They are just wasting people time and stealing money. I will be going through with a LawSuit

This branch literally doesn't care about any customer; any other branch in town would serve you better if you're a WF account holder. Made a sizeable deposit, they made ZERO available on deposit. Don't believe what the staff tells you, they aren't required to put anything on hold by federal regulation, they do so because they think you're lying and the check's gonna bounce. The regulation is in place to stop banks from holding deposits indefinitely, and that's it. The staff has been indifferent every time I go there as well, and they made me feel like some kinda criminal today when all I was doing was depositing money. Real talk, if you have a decent amount of assets, bank literally anywhere else. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Sent me 2 gift cards with a letter saying I could cash them at ATM, but bank told me I have to use them at only 4 different restaurants.$50.00 down the drain.

Recently opened a checking account at this location and was helped by the banker. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of tips I didn’t know about. She also called me a few days later to make sure I received my debit card. Very happy with my overall service.

My visit here took just under 20 minutes (from 4:02 until 4:19) and other cars were entering and leaving the drive thru before me. When I was finally acknowledged, there was no greeting. I was simply asked "so are you depositing?" I've had to wait long on my last two visits, but this time the customer service was nonexistent. If it continues, you'll lose a customer of 10+ years.
