“I had such a great experience yesterday with Sophia I wanted to share it. I live in Canada and for reasons beyond my control, had a crate shipped to this location from Indiana. I drove 10 hrs to pick this up on Saturday as it was the only day I could get away. Came to find out this location is closed on Saturdays.
In speaking to Sophia, she assured me she could meet me on her day off to allow me to pick up the crate even though the location was closed. She was so friendly and easy to deal with I just had to share. Thank you Sophia I really appreciate your help!”
