“I was on a 2-week vacation, landed in Williston to pick up the rental car, only to find out the reservation was made incorrectly. I was in a panic, because the rest of my vacation was planned based on the rental car agreement. It was going to be another $2000 for the mistake!!! The manager, Jennifer Hanna helped to figure out a solution, and everything worked out in the end. It only ended up costing me a little bit extra from my original reservation. She saved my vacation and my sanity. Thank you so much Jennifer. I'll never forget your kindness and excellent customer service.”

“OK it’s a small office, but I generally have a great experience with Hertz in Williston airport. I’m usually flying in from very long distance flights from Europe and sometimes the flight connections from Denver or Minneapolis can be delayed but the staff are always there even when it’s really late. One suggestion for the best service is that if you have a special requirement and you are landing late at night call in advance during daytime office hours so the staff can be prepared for your arrival - they are very accommodating.”
