“Friendly staff. They gave me a free upgrade upon arrival! I get a discount, so the price was decent. No reason not to go back! (I always use the company that gives the best price with my discount.) Two years in a row (in Williston), that's been National.”

“I was on a 2-week vacation, landed in Williston to pick up the rental car, only to find out the reservation was made incorrectly. I was in a panic, because the rest of my vacation was planned based on the rental car agreement. It was going to be another $2000 for the mistake!!! The manager, Jennifer Hanna helped to figure out a solution, and everything worked out in the end. It only ended up costing me a little bit extra from my original reservation. She saved my vacation and my sanity. Thank you so much Jennifer. I'll never forget your kindness and excellent customer service.”
