Have had two tires repaired here the last few months and have no issues from the techs or repair quality. My biggest issue is every time I go to pay I have to wait twenty minutes for the office lady with glasses to talk to 50 people and literally waste my time. Whoever owns this place needs to overhaul there office staff.

Went out of my way for this 1 star review. The technicians seemed awesome. But the blonde in the glasses at the counter was so off-putting and discouraging, that we will not be going back while she’s there.

Called about some tires and the lady was super rude for no reason. Won’t be going there especially with all the other places in Williston who are nice to their customers. The tire they quoted was some Chinese tire which I found online for 60% less. This place is a joke.

Bad service and communication. Ladies at the front are clueless about prices and don’t check stock before making you wait. I came in for a semi trailer tire. We called ahead to make sure they had the tire they said they did. I lined up behind another semi waiting to go into the bay. Waited for 1.5 hours and I was never called to the bay. I went inside to ask what was happening. Turns out they don’t have the tire I need and want to charge me full price for a new tire after making me wait for nothing. Lady at the front just shrugged her shoulders and said “nothing we can do about it” I suggested they can do better that this.

Went in this morning for a tire that couldn't keep air, passenger vehicle.
I was seen quickly as a walk-in, and they did a great patch after finding the screw I ran over. Comfy couch, also.
And the staff bought candy for my boy before we left! Awesome place.

This place is trash I don’t recommend this place go to a different tire shop they couldn’t put on a simple mud flap because it was too hard to get to it and what one of the guy said

Was told on the phone it would be $40/wheel to mount and balance new tires onto my wheels. I show up, drop off my tires and when I go to pay I’m charged $60/tire. When asked why I’m told “because the rims are newer”. When asked what’s the difference between old vs new wheels I’m told “because new wheels are harder to put tires on”. I could understand fees for valve stems if that were the case but not $20/wheel. Absolutely will not go back for private of company service.

I own a Hot Shot company here in Williston, ND. Just moved here last year from Texas.
Anyhow, I made a run this morning for a client and after delivering his freight to location, I noticed my Tire Sensor lit up saying my inner DRW tire was low PSI..... 12.
So I called the nearest tire repair shop to me and Dan's Tire was it.
So I drive there and checked my truck in for service. The desk help were polite and got me in with no issues.
I decided I'll wait for the tire to be repaired because I had another run to make afterwards.
I checked out and paid my bill and off I went. When I was hooking up to my Gooseneck soon after, I noticed my rear DRW was missing the center cap. I called Dan's Tire to ask if maybe the Tire Tech may have forgotten to reattach the Center Cap. The lady wasn't sure, but told me she'd call me back ASAP and let me know what she was able to gather up.
In the mean time, I back-tracked to Dan's Tire to make sure the cap hadn't fallen off and it could have been laying on the side of the roadway. No luck in finding it, but I did find an aluminum cap for a DRW for a big rig and 2 front Ford SD 4x4 Center Caps along my hunt that would fit my rig!! But no rear center cap was found.
But not all was lost, the lady at Dan's Tire called me back and told me the Tire Tech installed the cap. But that they just happened to have another Center Cap for my year model Ford SD on hand and were willing to part with it so I didn't have to go buy a new one!!!
Now I know this shop didn't have to do this at all!! But they did, and for that alone, I'll be going back to Dan's Tire Shop for any future tire needs I may have!!

I didn't have a appointment, just wondered in. They took care of my tire issue and I was out around 2 hrs.
