We were looking for some steel siding to match our older home in Williston. They were very helpful in to sourcing siding that was a perfect match, for our 40 year old siding. The service was excellent as we struggled to find a source from other companies, Williston Lumber delivered.

Trying to Support local businesses but this place was very Rude and unpleasant and a grouchy old guy who gets irritated when you ask questions seems irritated that has to help. This was our first time here made our experience here very uncomfortable this place should hire or train on costumer service skills this place lacks that . They have the audacity to have a sign by where they ring up your items. That states if your rude or grouchy it'll be a $10 service fee to put up with you. They should be giving $10 discounts on every costumers purchase for having to deal with the grouchy rude staff.

You straight up can not say enough good things about this place .exceptional customer service,super knowledgeable about everything you need.threw in great advice and knowledge for free.this is the place to go if you need lumber or building stuff and they can fulfill many of your decorative needs.i would rate this place ten stars if I could .so if your building stuff ,need to fix stuff or just want a pleasant shopping experience swing on by and they will help you out

Good in-store experience with a decent amount of supplies.Tried to place a large order for a construction company and spoke with Jason and John, both of whom were unhelpful and unclear in instructions on how to move forward. Jason told me to send my employee in to get materials, and once he arrived, we were informed by John that he would not be able to move forward with his purchase until the manager returned in an hour and a half. Pretty disappointed with the processes and helpfulness of the staff, and I felt it appropriate to share with the management team.
