Met me within an hour and diagnosed a complicated rv slide problem. We couldn't get to our clothes. I'm pretty good but he was excellent. Showed me how to jumpThe solenoid until I got the part. Tried to return the tip I gave him. Had blood dripping off his arm. A full timer's dream.Service: Electrical
