My wife called in May to set up internet services before we moved to Williston in June so we’d have internet fairly quickly when we got here due to her working remotely and my online classes. Was told we’d get a call to schedule installation. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get a call back and was told the earliest we could get an install was the following (next)week. I’ve never seen a 3-4 week wait to get services in a small community and now we’re both behind on work and classes.Will update rating next week as we get our service and have a chance to finally experience it.

I've been with Nemont since 1996. I've never had any problems. Of course throughout these years prices have gone up. There's no stopping that. Great Friendly Phone/Internet...company ?⭐?⭐?⭐

UPDATE: Changing my review as i said, they explained to me that the recent storm as caused alot of outages and that it is top priority right now, which is completely understandable. Moved into my place Saturday. Need internet by next Monday to be able to take care of forms and similar for my new job. It is now Tuesday Night, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have explained this Urgency *multiple times* but have yet to even schedule the installation. Tried to head in to the store in Williston today to see if I could resolve the issue in person, however they were on lunch break, 30 minutes earlier than listed on their sheet. It's ovvious this brand cares exceptionally little for its customers, and if i could go with another provider I would (they're the only one in town). If I could at least get an installation scheduled I would change my rating., but I doubt anyone will even read this

My internet went out on me Saturday and I just had it installed. A technician still hasn't called me to set up a time sp so they can fix the issue.

Its down or has issues way too often and yet again this week, it has issues. Fiber with pings of 300+ and 15-30% packetloss due to "issues down stream, no time estimate on a fix". I assume will last multiple days like last time. What if the problem is on your end? They'll send unknowledgeable techs that will tell you that "gaming consumes a tremendous amount of data" ,"running speed tests can actually hurt your connection", or "Hardware just can't detect gigabit speed" while my (fairly high end) PC is detecting nearly 1k upload but for some reason only 300-400mbp/s down with evidence of a few tests detecting 1k down... Unfortunately the work laptop the tech brought also can't detect gigabit speeds but just like my results, is showing gigabit upload speeds and 1/3 of the download speed. But I shouldn't worry about because "You don't need gigabit anyway since its impossible to use that much speed". This company never ceases to amaze me and unfortunately they're the only ISP in my area. Edit: They actually fixed the connection issue within 6 hours! However, as of 11/12 there are issues again with high latency and packet loss.

Had internet issues, received a phone call from Glendive office, with in an hour new router, and updated service, could not have expected more or faster service.

I got Wi-Fi at my mobile home, I've only had it for a couple of months the Internet isn't that fast especially for how much I pay for it, but the customer service has been great

Ive had there cellular service for a few years, always have had issues with voicemail not working correctly. Calls dropping constantly and they are unable to do anything to make it work. Eventually a person just gets fed up with it like I have and tries to switch carriers. Well turns out that my number cannot be ported to a better carrier like verizon. I have gotten so fed up with not being able to use my phone that I decided to keep this phone number and get a verizon phone then forward calls till everyone gets my new number. I’m beyond over the sub par network. I don’t usually leave google reviews but feel like in this case people should be warned about the nightmare that is their wireless network.
