Terrible place!!! Will not ever go back and will make sure they lie to you for a month about replacing the tire that we had for a 3 days! Chase said they warrantied it out and got us a new wheel!! Chase even said the new guy must have over filled it!! This tire is 2 days old it blew apart while we were doing 70!

Bought some brand new tires from this place and had the sidewall blowout 2 days later on the way to work at 3am just 3 miles from my house. It totally destroyed my wheel, my wheel well plastic liner was tore up and it ripped part of the bumper. Had to get it towed back to my house because I didn’t have a jack.
Chase the sales guy who sold them to me came to my house and said he was going to warranty it and that they ordered a new wheel for me and it should be in a few days. He explained to me one of the new guys could’ve over pressurized it to 80 psi thinking it was a truck tire. So this has happened before to somebody .
I told him I was no longer comfortable due to the safety risk because my wife also drives the vehicle and our 5 year old grandson rides in it. So he said they could switch them both out for some Bridgestones or something name brand to make things right. I said good deal!
1 month later still haven’t heard from the guy. Came in to talk to the manager and he told me the tire was run flat and that’s how it was destroyed when that was not the case I was driving over 70mph on the highway when it violently blew up out of nowhere and almost lost control of the vehicle. He said company would laugh at him if he tried to warranty the tire. Didn’t even TRY to send it in. He just said he will sell me another tire at a cheaper price. Also the replacement wheel was NEVER ORDERED and nobody here for a MONTH decided they should CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON!!!!
Mind you I was quoted $120 a tire and after I dropped the vehicle off they took the tires off the vehicle then decided to call me 3 hours later and said the tires are going to be $50 more a piece because somebody at the counter quoted me wrong and the tires weren’t in stock.
I own a fleet of semi trucks and will NOT be using these DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! I’ll drive to Sidney Montana at Western tire before I deal with them again!! They just want your money they don’t give a crap about your safety at all!!!

After nearing my 1 hour commute into Williston one of my tires got punctured and instantly lost air. I was concerned that with the workday ending for most places that I would be stuck driving back home at 1am with a crummy spare tire. Fortunately a coworker going off shift was able to take my tire into NW Tire and NW was able to get it all fixed up. Whoever was handling the phones Monday afternoon was very helpful and pleasant.

Needed one tire replaced for my pickup truck. NW tire was $100 cheaper than their competitor, AND they had the tire in stock, AND they told me to come in right away and they’ll have it done by the end of the day. I brought it in, he told me to stick around for 20 minutes and it ended up taking them 10. No funny business, no extra charges. I’ll be back

Management is nonexistent. Had brake pads changed on my truck and 1 brake caliper was not tightened correctly and one side of caliper had completely came loose inside of my wheel. I was stuck on side of road for 6 hours before I could arrange truck to get back to there shop. Wheel was gouged on the inside of wheel where caliper rubbed wheel. NW management said they were going to replace wheel but never did. Never got any compensation for my time nor the rent a car I had to get. Every time I called I was not forwarded to talk to a manager or supervisor only promised a call back from them that never happened. I will never take my vehicle to this establishment in Williston again - period.

Good God, the service tech who came to change out my 3 box truck tires in Sidney MT, Rey is a true freak of nature. Talk about showing one's experience in an amazing way. Dude straight up did all 3 tires in 35 minutes. It takes a special kind of talented person at one's job to impress me, but he definitely did exactly that. Fastest tire changer I've ever seen in my 25 years as a commercial driver.

Was passing through town on a road trip to Montana and we got a screw in the tire. They had a very busy schedule in the morning and they were able to get us going within an hour for repair!
