UPDATE: O’Reilly has stepped up and fixed my car.I wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly service provided by your team during the recent Subaru battery install. However, I have lingering concerns about potential hidden issues following the backwards installation that caused my vehicle to completely fail. They were able to replace a fuse and that caused the vehicle to start. But, a month later my car died, and the fuse was blown again! I have submitted a review and a request for follow-up with no response from the DM.

Never had a bad experience here. I don't think their batteries are that good but they have good customer service. Karen helped me so much with my replacement battery. She was patient and willing to help me out.
