Absolutely stunning experience. Called in for diagnostics, they were able to see my truck after a couple days, had most of the parts already on hand or extremely close by. Clear communication through the whole process. Mentioned issues found, reccomednations, things that we could try to either save money or save the part, handled the job with care and quality. 10/10 service, pricing was great for the work they provided and the service they gave. This will be my new regular shop from here on out, stunning customer service all around. 10/10 shop

The service was absolutely the greatest the people are the friendliest well mannered professionals. The quote was accurate they installed the part had me working and down the road a great bunch of people I recommend them to any and all people the wife and the husband is a great pair that run this business and the people they keep around them that work with them are great as well. Took my car in to get the AC fixed. They had it almost a month. They finally called days after it was done that we could come pick it up. AC works, but they left my car a mess. Paper towels and part boxes were left. Boot prints like they were climbing around my backseat. Greasy hand and finger prints on my dash and windshield. Good thing I paid them 3k. Mileage is also more than it should be. I keep track of my mileage for work and it’s not what it should be at for sitting for a month.

** to be fair Patriot Auto was always pretty decent. Just the hiccup with my son’s truck that was frustrating! There was a time where the dang door wouldn’t even even shut and I always to the day still play “Dukes of Hazard” to get in! Wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t pay almost a 1000 to get err dun. Just a little frustrating.
**Hope the super glue works for my son’s truck 🛻 !

They are very reasonable. Great prices and customer service. They replace my timing chain driven water pump on a 3.5 eco boost. The new lead mechanic is knowledgeable and very curious.

So todayvi came in and needed headlights put on my truck .After the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've never been to such a wonderful place that goes out of there way to help people in need . John was a wonderful help along with the very nice front desk lady who welcomed me with any help she and the team could provide.
