Very attentive, polite, thoughtful and hardworking car wash attendants. I accidentally put my car into gear too early before the wash process was over and an attendant got my attention- I am glad he did. The wash itself is more high quality than some other washes available in the region.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have a fairly new car from 2022, less than 30000 miles on it, bought it brand new, my gas tank locks automatically. I had a quarter of gas so I stopped to get gas like I always do at simonsons. I went to the watford city national night out event with law enforcement after getting gas. When I went to turn my car on to move my vehicle it started having problems accelerating and like a delay when stopping at stop signs. I made it back home with it happening two more times. The next morning I turn on my car and it is shaking,black smoke is coming from the exhaust, and it turns off. I called to inform the manager here and he said no one has called in about this issue and his sensors say everything is fine. I told him I will find out if it was the gas from the mechanic. Turns out several people are having the same problem after pumping gas from there and are being told by simonsons in Williston and their corporate office that they aren’t going to do anything. Simonsons said there have been kids putting things in peoples gas tanks and that’s probably why. The mechanic told me the gas is contaminated,there was not water in it like I originally thought, but there is a high amount of ethanol in it. I’m disappointed that even though I informed them on Wednesday they did nothing and now several more people are having the problem and they are trying to blame it on kids putting things in peoples tanks. My tank locks. No one has used my car except me. The only place I have put gas in weeks has been this simonsons.

Got a car wash and was amazed at how great the two attendants were gage and Logan I believe went well out of their way explaining pricing and differences in their car washes definitely a great experience will be going back and recommending

Went through Simonson on the morning of 4/20. The staff was great and they took care of pretreating my truck. It was a long winter so lots of built up grime. I was satisfied with the cleaning but while using the vacuums the attendant filling the towels noticed some missed spots and offered a re-wash at no charge. Excellent customer service, I was very pleased.

When it's good, it's good. However I pay for the Ultimate car wash monthly, and it's been a year since I've had it. I NEVER get what I've paid for. I always get either the Plus or just a spray. So I pay 50 bucks a month and get zero service. If I received the correct wash what I paid for then I'd love and adore this place

Waited in line 20 minutes for a car wash and when I got to the window to pay they said my truck was too dirty to wash. It had normal exterior mud from driving on the dirt roads around town. There should be a sign somewhere telling you in advance they won't wash exterior mud off.

they didnt clean my car, paid 17$ for a carwash didnt even get the bugs off. manger was so rude, didnt give me my money back.

I came to the car wash because someone vandalized my Mustang with yellow paint. I was seriously impressed that you had cleaning cloths so I could also clean the interior. The vacuum system was well engineered. The set up was thought through well.Caitlin ( I hope that is right) treated me with kindness. On the second run through the wash she even tried to help get the paint off. The gentleman tried hard too. I love the anesthetic of the building. This is my go to place for Fuel, Car wash or a soda. The car wash took paint off of my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado and left two scuff marks.Do not go to their car wash if you like your vehicle the way it is.
