We had this storage before it was KO. once it was taken over it really went down hill. The prices went up DRASTICALLY, the upkeep of the area wasnāt great. Roots growing everywhere had to drive around them to get to our unit. The gate code thatās provided? Yeah donāt need that since the gate is ALWAYS wide open. Even after access hours. Our unit got broken into TWICE in under a year. The second time happened few days after we had gone to drop off my husbands tools. Leads us to believe the facility is being watched or the āonsiteā manager is telling someone which units have valuables. I put quotes on onsite because she is NEVER there. We had originally gotten this unit as storquest because there was someone always in the office and the manager was living onsite. They had 24hr surveillance and now they wonāt even provide footage for the break ins. we canāt even get a call back from the onsite manager or even anyone from the corporate office. The āonsiteā manager marked us as a move out at the second break in stead of calling and asking if we had moved out before the month was over. She never notified us when the first break in had happened and only left an overlock on it. Never did she call, email, or send anything in the mail. It is infuriating entrusting these people who could care less at doing their job. We have called and complained MULTIPLE times about the gate, the manager, and the facilities. We have received no answers, no call backs, no emails, and not one thing in the mail UNLESS we are late on our payment. They are quick to take the money and want their money but how are you going to ask for outrages prices but not even take care of the people and their belongings. At least keep the gate CLOSED. I donāt expect the company to reach out to me as I see the other reviews have yet to be reached out too. However I want to save you as the customer looking for a unit, stay as far away from here as possible. Grimey company Stealing money from the hard working people. Itās a shame we lost over 4 thousand, TOTAL, in tools that my husband uses for work When heās on hitch.

I have tried 2 days now to try to locate my RV selection. They do not have it numbered out so it's incredibly hard to figure it out without a manager there and then it's hard to get a manager there even though they say they're going to be there Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. but yet nobody's there.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. This company used to be decent before the recent takeover of ā KOāYou will get ZERO assistance or customer service when you need it!!! Iāve been trying to resolve issues for months!! But god forbid Iām ever late on my end with payment because they love to hit you with more fees!!!! Stay away itās not worth the problems!! I would give zero stars if I could. I will never rent a storage unit ever again with any company after this.

UPDATE: I still maintain one star, Iād give zero stars if I could. Owner may have commented below but no one has reached out to resolve my issues, either from Williston or MN. I spoke to one woman in the MN branch that lots of people are complaining over the management here. I requested a refund of August rent because for the last 30 days there has been no secure facility and no maintenance, which breaches the contract I agreed to. I moved out and left it in the condition of original rental under StorQuest guidelines. Here are other places you can rent that ARE secure: Alās Mini Storage, Schatz, StoragePlaza. Each one seems to care about customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this rat trap if you can.

Terrible since it was taken over by KO; gates are unlocked many times when itās supposed to be secure, itās dirty as heck now, cobwebs and spiders all over, cracked concrete. No one around or answering the phone, the phones just put you on hold for over 10 minutes then to voicemail if you have an issue. I called twice today and also emailed, zero response.
Raised rents way high when prior ownership it was an annual rent raising now itās whenever with 30 days notice. Today I received an email giving me 30 days notice of a second major rent increase (from 79 to 101/month, when I originally rented the unit it was 55.00, outdoor unit, drive up, 24 hour access gate. I paid to have this extra access, by the way. This then was limited from 6 am to 9 pm, then rent increased super high with the takeover, and now again being raised.) This unit has no temp control, no insulation, no protection from moisture if they don't plow in winter. They are leaving the gate open randomly as well. The doors are very thin, no protection from wind blowing dirt inside due to rickety roll doors, which is made worse without cleaning up the roadways.
Less service and security for more money. Dust keeps accumulating because they don't sweep the roadways out like the last company, so all of my stuff is coated in dirt inside. I've seen several mice running around, and had to treat my own unit with mouse packets just in case.
But to charge as much as they want to raise rents to for poor premise maintenance, occasional mice, no customer service and random rent increases with no visible property improvements being made, it's way too ridiculous. Disappointing, get on a wait list somewhere else, you'll be happier.
I've added photos from the separate occasions that I've gone and the gates are always open.

Very efficient and effective service. So far so good!! I can recommend for sure! They are quick, and the units are nice. They look nice, strong, weather proof and safe.

The price was a lot less than other storage places, they make you hold insurance on your unit either through them or get your own, that was fine. I was very surprised that after I literally did ALL paperwork, all the insurance paperwork and payment done by me online I see the 30$ PER UNIT administrative office feeā¦. I literally feel like I just handed them money for a job I did :-/ I didnāt appreciate that. And they advertise gated storage but I have not seen that gate closed once, itās just openā¦.anyone can come in anytime they want seemingly. Ugh!

The first time I tried accessing the facility my code did not work, called customer service and could barely hear the assistant the call quality was so bad. They couldnāt figure out the problem, got told they would send an email to the manager and get it fixed. They got it fixed but the unit I was assigned was full of someone elseās stuff. Had to call and get a new unit assigned which entailed signing another lease, and also for whatever reason crashed my access code yet again on top of that you canāt even read the screen on the key pad. Also had issues logging into my account, which took forever to fix. Could not recommend this facility less. The only good thing I have to say about this place was they are supposedly giving me a full refund, but Iām hesitant to even give them that because I havenāt gotten it yet.

I had called many times trying to get answers after KO bought out store quest, being told a manager would reach out. I called again today as this problem needed to be resolved by the first of the month. I was finally able to get a hold of a woman name Sofia she was extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting my issues resolved. Thank you Sofia for your wonderful service and support.
